Hallway WIP 02

I'm was trying out Nuke to composite my shot.
So far, I like it..!

Model and plate was provided by the instructor of a workshop I was taking from tdu...
I still see some stuff to tweek, but so far, I've enjoyed working on this cello!

It's been awhile since I posted..
I'm working on new pieces now.

A friend of mine suggested that I give variety and be clear with the emotion I want to give.

This week, we are doing environment lighting!

I'm thinking of doing an outdoor scene as well.

I haven't done a proper indoor lighting, so this was a great learning experience for me!

For day time, I was thinking of a scene where character will get woken up by the light coming through the window.

For night time, the character was ready to go to bed and all s/he needed to do was to turn off the lamp. but realizes that s/he didn't brush his/her teeth! so away to washroom s/he goes!

Week 02 at tdu

I was quite distracted this week and had one of the most difficult time doing second week's work.

Personal life aside, it was first time that I had to match the lighting of an image to a cg character..
Learned a lot by doing this without any indirect lighting provided by the Mental Ray.
